Patrick Vickers (Owner/CEO)

Patrick has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in the drywall trade, quickly advancing to journeyman status within four years. In 1994, he started a successful drywall company in Provo, Utah, but eventually returned to California, drawn by the lifestyle and his passion for surfing. In California, Patrick joined a commercial construction company, where he mastered steel stud framing, T-bar ceilings, and other skilled trades. After four years, he pursued real estate appraisal, acquiring over 5,000 hours of experience to obtain his certified appraisal license. With his unique blend of construction and appraisal expertise, Patrick transitioned into home flipping, eventually becoming a general contractor. He remains committed to working closely with his team and continually expanding his knowledge in the ever-evolving construction landscape, dedicated to turning clients’ visions into reality.

Antony Galvan (Salesman/Project Manager)

Antony has been an LA native for 25 years. He was a former pro cyclist in the 80’s and 90’s, Later becoming a Personal Trainer with a degree in Kinesiology and an Undergrad at UC Berkeley. He had a passion for wood working and found himself turning his woodworking hobby into a career, starting a successful finish Carpentry business with a vast knowledge in cabinet making.

Sonya Geuch (Interior Designer)

Sonya is a talented,visionary, interior designer and has been trained at the school for architecture and industrial design located in the city of Philadelphia. She has over 10 years of experience in the hip and trendy LA area, with expertise in furniture design, luxury home staging, as well as both commercial and residential interior designs. She has a unique ability to create inspiring, and functional spaces. Her approach combines a keen eye for detail with a deep understanding of individual style tailored to the clients wants and needs crafting their vision into reality, ensuring that each project not only reflects the client’s vision but also enhances usability. Passionate about transforming environments, Sonya is dedicated to bringing dreams to life through thoughtful design and color.

Jake Shirvanyan (Architect)

Jake is a USC graduate and licensed architect with over ten years of experience in the industry. After graduating with a 5-year professional degree in Architecture, he joined an established company in 2021 here in Southern California that specializes in work that would enrich public life by aiming to focus on green building and the use of enviromental and eco friendly building materials. He established his sole-proprietorship oriented toward residential design-build projects. His experience and services range from single-family renovations to new custom residential builds, including ADUs, and award-winning educational work for institutions such as LAUSD and Caltech. His focus on collaborative design-build projects supports a team-oriented process dedicated to quality, design, and execution.
